Judgment - 27th May 2025.
Judge - I have been given no evidence and so I can’t make out who the executors are, so the locus standi is purely up in the air, and as for the delay I accept there was some circumstances, where there was a delay but the claim can’t proceed it just can’t. It would mean you would be paid another £1,080 when you have already been paid by the bank. It’s up to the bank, if the bank feels, in the fraud department, that there is a claim, then they can make the appropriate claim and have the money re-imbursed themselves, what you appear to be is standing in for the bank and you have no locus standi, so this order will be set aside and there is no other order to be made as the bank have paid through their department
Mary - May I say, would you say that the bank paid back through the fraud team.
